Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreements with the Pechanga Band of Indians and the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians to provide cultural resource monitoring during grading activities related to the Bundy Canyon Road Improvement Project, Segment 2 (CIP 026-2)
1. Approve a supplemental appropriation of $313,242 in expenditures and increase in revenue budget for Fund 500 (Capital Reinvestment) to allocate for reimbursement monies related to the City of Wildomar's Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City of Menifee for resurfacing Scott Road/Bundy Canyon Road.
2. Authorize an increase to the Public Works Director's ability to approve change orders, from a not to exceed 25% to a not to exceed 37% of the construction contract amount (contingency), to account for the 12% of contract contingency utilized for the additional work covered under the MOU Agreement.
3. Approve a deappropriation of Fund 120 (Measure AA) to decrease $200,000 from CIP 103 and approve a supplemental appropriation for Fund 120 (Measure AA) to increase $200,000 in expenditures for CIP 057-3.

1. Approve a construction contract contingency increase from 10% to 15% and authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve change orders not to exceed 15% of the construction contract amount, in the amount of $1,154,353.95 (contingency).
2. Authorize the City Manager to approve the Task Order First Amendment for Construction Management Services with Geocon West, Inc. for the Palomar St. Widening (Phase 2) and Wildomar Cemetery Improvements (Phase 1) Projects (CIP 028-2, 067-1) in the amount not to exceed $5,500.
